Fingerless gloves for men

 

       For this fingerless gloves i used:
Yarn 50% wool- 50% acrylic ( 3,5 – 4 mm)
Needle that i used US 3,5 mm circles needle ( or you can use dpn's)
Scrap yarn , yarn needle, 2 stitch markers.
K- Knit
P- purl
R- round
C O- cast on
m1L- make 1 left
m1R- make 1 right
B O- bind off
Rib- ribbing

Begin with cuffs

C O 48 sts and distribute onto circles needle using magic loop method( or dpn's)
R1: K2, P2, repeat to end
R2: Continue knitting as round 1 until piece measures 5,5 inch( or the lenght you'd like your cuff to
be)

Gusset

R1: * K2, P2, K2, P2, place marker, m1L, K1, m1R, place marker and continue with* K1, P2, K2,
P2 until the end( you work the stitches like thay are)
R2: * K2, P2, K2, P2, K3, * K1, P2, K2, P2 repeat to end.
R3: * K2, P2, K2, P2, m1L, K3, m1R, * K1, P2, K2, P2 repeat to end.
R4: * K2, P2, K2, P2, K 5, * K1, P2, K2, P2 repeat to end.
Continue on this way increasing on either side of the gusset and knitting gusset stitches until ther
are 18 stictches increased( total 19 stitches)
Next round
Place 19 stitches onto scrap yarn, C O 1 st, and continue working in the round K2, P2.... until piece
measures 2,5 inch
Bind off in ribbing

Thumb

Transfer stitches from scrap yarn onto circles needle( using magic loop method), pick up and knit 3
sts from hand and join ( work in the round)
Knit for 2 rounds
Next round* K2, P2( you will end with K2)*
Continue in ribbing 1 inch.
Bind off in rib.
